3. How We Process Your Contract

Your rental contract is permanently deleted immediately after analysis. It is never stored, shared, or used for AI training. Analysis is performed by Anthropic Claude — an external AI service.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) for contract analysis and payment processing.
